STOCK CLASS
– The YXZ1000R European Cup focuses on the STOCK class vehicles.
– Any Yamaha European Distributor may organize a National YXZ1000R Cup, with minmum 3 races in
program.
– The YXZ1000R European Cup SuperFinale is organized by Yamaha Motor Europe.
– Qualifications for the YXZ1000R SuperFinale STOCK Class:
– The 1st, 2nd and 3rd ranked in each National YXZ1000R Cup that has at least 5 vehicles participating.
– The 1st and 2nd ranked in each National YXZ1000R Cup that has less than 5 vehicles participating.
– NEW! All vehicles participating to the SuperFinale 2023 are highly recommended to be equipped
with the GYTR FIA T4 kit Stage 1, sold by Yamaha Motor Europe through national Distributors at a
special YXZ1000R Cup price.
– NEW! From 2024, all vehicles participating in the YXZ1000R Cup will have the obligation of being
equiped with the GYTR Stage 1 FIA T4 kit and Stage 2 optional.
– Drivers and co-drivers must be over 18 years old, with a national federation license to race.
– Vehicle, mechanical assistance and travel expenses are at the charge of the racers.
– The entry fees of the SuperFinale and the Baja Portalegre 26-28 October 2023, Portugal, are supported by
Yamaha Motor Europe.
OPEN CLASS
– European Yamaha Distributors may organize National YXZ1000R Cups, with minimum 3 races in program.
– The YXZ1000R OPEN Challenge will take place in parallel with the YXZ1000R SuperFinale for STOCK Class.
– A parallel ranking, rules and conditions apply to the OPEN Class.
– Entry fees, vehicle, mechanical assistance travel expenses are at the charge of the racers.
– The Hospitality Quarters of the SuperFinale welcome both STOCK and OPEN Classes.
– The YXZ1000R SuperFinale for STOCK Class and the YXZ1000R OPEN Challenge take place in Baja Portalegre 26-28 October, Portugal.
– NEW! All vehicles participating to the SuperFinale 2023 in STOCK and OPEN classes are highly recommended to be equipped with
the GYTR FIA T4 kit Stage 1, sold by Yamaha Motor Europe through national Distributors at a special YXZ1000R Cup price.
– NEW! From 2024, all vehicles participating in the YXZ1000R Cup 2024 will have the obligation of being equiped with the GYTR Stage 1 T4 FIA kit and Stage 2 optional.
WILD CARDS
– More racing, more excitment!
– 3 Wildcard entries offered to the highest-ranked YXZ1000R finisher in various races
through the year:
1. 29 April – Endurance Masters Groningen, Germany.
2. 20 – 23 July – Baja Aragon, Spain.
3. 22 – 24 September Baja TT Sharish Reguengos, Portugal.
– Wildcard winners qualify directly for the YXZ1000R SuperFinale in STOCK Class or for the YXZ1000R OPEN Challenge.
– All 100% women race crews qualify directly to the SuperFinale.
