This past weekend at EuroNASCAR in Most, SpeedHouse delivered a performance to remember! With over 40,000 fans at the iconic Czech circuit, our drivers pushed the limits, showing off incredible skill and determination. From intense on-track battles to heart-pounding finishes, our team embodied true racing excellence. SpeedHouse once again brought both cars to the Superpole in the PRO category on Saturday and secured podiums with Florian Richard and Arianna Casoli in EN2. On Sunday, Lucas Lasserre charged from P22 to P4 in Race 2, clocking the fastest lap—a near victory!
EuroNASCAR PRO
The Most circuit has always been a stage for stellar performances by SpeedHouse, and this time was no different. Both cars made it to SuperPole, although there was some disappointment for Ulysse Delsaux, who had to pit due to a slow puncture, affecting his result. Race 1 was a mixed bag: Lucas Lasserre, after a lightning start, had contact with another competitor, forcing him to pit for repairs and finish in P20, meaning he’d start from the back of the grid in Race 2. Ulysse Delsaux, initially in the lead pack, also suffered contact, dropping him to P9.
In Race 2, Ulysse started near the front but got swept up in a massive first-lap crash, triggering a red flag and forcing a tough return to the pits. Once the track was cleared, Lucas Lasserre – P22 on the starting grid – unleashed an epic comeback, laying down a series of blistering laps and finishing in 4th—a result that felt like a win, especially with the bonus points for the most positions gained. This powerful performance amps up our confidence as we head into the final four races of the season, where double points are on the line.
#33 Lucas Lasserre : Positions: R1 P20 / R2 P4 – Overall: 5th – Points: 245
« It was an emotional weekend that ended in the best possible way with a performance that satisfies me as a driver and makes me proud as a Team Owner. I knew Most would bring us rewards, and it was a shame we couldn’t pick up more points in Race 1. However, Race 2 more than made up for it, and we proved that SpeedHouse is here to compete for the top spots. With the season finale ahead, everything is still possible, and we’re ready for it. »
#14 – Ulysse Delsaux : Positions: R1 P9 / R2 DNF – Overall: 9th – Points: 216
« A weekend that didn’t end very well with a crash in Race 2, where I couldn’t avoid the other cars. But we had worked very hard throughout the weekend to ensure strong performance. Despite that, I’m still 9th in the Championship, with every hope of climbing up in the standings. I remain motivated and focused as we head into the playoffs, where the points are doubled and anything is possible. Next stop: Oschersleben in Germany. »
EuroNASCAR 2
EuroNASCAR2 also delivered plenty of thrills, surprises, and on-track action with some fiercely contested races. Florian Richard capped off the weekend with a podium finish in the Rookie standings, putting him back on top of the Trophy leaderboard.
Arianna Casoli continues to make strides this year, showing a significant turnaround from past seasons. Her lap times on track have improved notably, with a much stronger race pace compared to qualifying. Despite a positive weekend overall, her second race was unfortunately marred by a collision with an overly aggressive competitor.
#33 – Florian Richard : Positions: R1 P13 / R2 P15 – Overall: 11th / 1st Rookie – Points: 206
“Well there you go !Race weekend ends !
The second race did not go as planned with a collision at the start of the race.
we come home with 11th place overall as well as the first leadership position
in the rookie trophy !
Many thanks to my team for the enormous work on the car all weekend
following the various accidents…
My sponsors who are there for me as well as my family who support me!
Thank you SpeedHouse !”
#14 Arianna Casoli : Positions: R1 P14 / R2 P19 – Overall: 18th – Lady Trophy: 1st, Points: 157
What a weekend! Most is a challenging track—fast, fun to drive, and demanding full concentration to reach the limit and finish strong.
SpeedHouse gave me a very strong car, and I worked session by session
with Lucas Lasserre to improve my driving.
I focused on finding the strength to beat my previous performances.
In Race 2, an overly optimistic move by another driver sent us both into the gravel on the first lap. I managed to avoid major damage and get back on track. The SpeedHouse crew quickly fixed the car, allowing me to rejoin the race.
Never giving up is key. I was able to run both races with my best race pace yet, scoring good points to finish the regular season P18 overall.
Now we have Oschersleben in 3 weeks. Playoff time with double points!”
Club Challenge
Andreas Kuchelbacher and Dani Bris were back behind the wheel of the #13 and #33 to continue their journey in the CLUB CHALLENGE Trophy. The sessions went smoothly, allowing both Andreas and Dani to score valuable championship points. Andreas is right in the mix for the top spot, while Dani—who had to miss a round—will need to capitalize on the double points available in the Playoffs.
#64 Dani Briz
#14 Andreas Kuchelbacher
Andreas quote: « Most was the perfect chance to celebrate the win from Vallelunga, since an error there kept me off the podium in Italy. The competition level is high, and after that victory, I had big expectations here in the Czech Republic. However, it only takes a small slip to miss the podium. But my confidence remains strong. The potential is high, and the car is awesome! »
Dani quote: « Most marked my return to the EuroNASCAR Club Challenge after missing the Italian event. It was all about getting back on track and earning points for the championship, knowing that the Playoffs, with double points, will be crucial. Everything is still up for grabs, and a lot will depend on me! »
Lucas Lasserre, Team Owner : « We knew we could perform well at Most, and despite the contact-filled, action-packed races, we managed to score important championship points and showcase the capabilities of SpeedHouse’s cars. We’re in contention for all categories and Trophies, including the Club Challenge. Both cars #14 and #33 are in the Top 10 of the Endurance Standings, once again proving our strength. Now, we’re gearing up for the Semi-Finals in Oschersleben. With double points on the line, these races will be crucial for the championship outcomes. SpeedHouse is ready! »
