Miguel Molina launches his own management agency, Rogo Motorsport Agency

« It’s time to provide athletes with the experience and support I’ve received since my early days, such as through the Joves Pilots program. »

« We created this project to assist drivers and their families in the transition from karting to single-seaters, where decision-making is essential. »

Spanish driver Miguel Molina, winner of the 2024 24 Hours of Le Mans, is among the most prominent figures in international motorsports. As a Ferrari factory driver, he competes in two of the most competitive endurance championships, the FIA WEC and the ELMS.

Molina now enters the driver management sector with the establishment of ROGO Motorsport Agency, alongside his friend Aleix Alcaraz, an experienced driver with distinguished achievements, from karting to the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 and the successful Formula Renault 3.5 Series, among others.

In this exciting new phase in parallel with his racing programme, he is joining forces with another strategic partner, Dani Torrente, an official FIFA agent and a communications, strategy, and marketing expert, with extensive experience adding value to brands, organisations, and entities committed to sport.

In this business venture, there is an unequivocal message, which elevates the efforts of families supporting their children, emblazoned in the very name of the company, ROGO Motorsport Agency, as Miguel Molina asserts: « Initially, we began developing this project together with Aleix, and we chose to use the first two letters of our maternal surnames. In competition, using the first surname is tradition, and we want to pay tribute to our mothers, Roig and González. Furthermore, the « GO » provides a very racing nature; it means « forward, » and that is also the meaning we want to give to our support. »

Together with Aleix Alcaraz, they share more than two decades of combined experience in the sport, and this would not have been possible without the support they received at the time, linked to the Circuit, the RACC, and the Generalitat de Catalunya, another of the key factors that led them to take this step now, as Molina explains: « Now is the time to give back, via our knowledge and experience, the support we received in our formative years like the Joves Pilots program, to move on to leading categories. Now, we’re noticing that when karting drivers want to move up to formulas, their families are a bit lost. With this project, we aim to provide them with that assistance based on our experience and ensure families don’t make the mistakes that they made in the past. »

ROGO Motorsport Agency’s main objective is to provide comprehensive support for their clients’ racing career development, including planning travel logistics, creating branding and identity, as well as training and competition services. Physical and mental training is indispensable from the beginning, and to achieve this, the agency monitors physical conditioning before, during, and after each season with a dedicated plan developed by professionals.

Furthermore, ROGO goes much further, as Molina explains: « We want to provide our clients a very exclusive and dedicated service. Reduce the number of worries. I’ve been a professional driver since 2010, working with various brands and having a deep understanding of what’s going on in the different paddocks. Creating this comprehensive agency, including logistics and branding, is an excellent idea. »
