In a commanding victory, Paul Jouffreau soared to the top of the PRO championship, securing an impressive 36.7 percent of the total fan vote. Meanwhile, Claudio Cappelli captured the OPEN win, earning a stellar 21.8 percent and the hearts of the supporters.
Jouffreau clinched third place in the final standings, capping off a spectacular three-way battle for the European NASCAR crown. While ultimately edged out by Vittorio Ghirelli for the championship, the Frenchman hailing from Blaye absolutely captured the hearts of the dedicated fanbase. Dominating the fan vote with a commanding 36.7 percent of all ballots cast, the 22-year-old, who celebrated his birthday on November 29, outpaced every other full-time PRO competitor from the 2025 season.
Cappelli, who pulled double duty in his 2025 campaign, secured a formidable second place in the PRO poll, pulling in 17.4 percent of the fan vote. The so-called hybrid racer Garrett Lowe followed closely, taking third with a strong 12.1 percent of the votes. Rounding out the top-5 were Davit Kajaia (10.4 percent) and Vladimiros Tziortzis (5.5 percent). As the French colors fly for Jouffreau one final time in the well-deserved winter break, drivers will undoubtedly be back, grinding hard in 2026, aiming to steal the spotlight and be crowned the fans’ favorite in the highly anticipated season to come.
The fan-favorite Cappelli, instantly recognizable by his distinguished beard and the countless fan signatures adorning the hood of his machine, captured the checkered flag in the OPEN division’s fan vote. The Italian dominated with a commanding 21.8 percent of the ballots cast. He soundly defeated the spirited challenge of Florian Richard, who finished strong with 11.3 percent of the votes. Rounding out the podium was Georgian Sandro Tavartkiladze, locking up third position with 11.2 percent. This fierce competition saw reigning OPEN champion Thomas Krasonis take fourth (9.4 percent), just ahead of Patrick Schober in fifth (7.6 percent).

The 2026 season is already roaring to life with the high-stakes NASCAR Recruitment Test scheduled for December 4-5 at the challenging Fontenay Le Comte track in France, where the next generation of motorsport heroes will vie for the chance to tame the thunderous V8 beasts of Europe’s premier touring car series. The campaign for the 2026 championship crown will officially commence on April 18-19 at the magnificent Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, Spain.
